  • How long will my order take to get to me?

    Each piece is delightfully handmade and shaped by Gayle Forman at UrbanGlass in Brooklyn, NY.

    Please expect 6-8 weeks from purchase. If the item is in-stock, orders will be shipped sooner. Each piece is made to order, finished, and packed to arrive safely to you!

  • The piece I loved is sold out- will you be making more?

    Short answer, most likely! Each item in the collection is made to order, but the color combos and shapes are so delightful they get made again and again! If there is a specific color combo, please check out our custom orders information to see about having your very own Forman Function piece created to your specs!

  • Custom Orders

    Please send an inquiry to shopformanfunction@gmail.com. A free 15 minute consultation is offered to discuss custom pieces.

  • If my piece breaks, will you fix it?

    Unfortunately Forman Function does not offer repairs on pieces that break after safe arrival.

  • How should I care for my Forman Function item?

    Hand-wash only! Avoid extreme temperatures, like hot/boiling water or storing in the freezer.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Returns are not currently accepted, but exchanges may be accommodated on a case by case basis.

  • What if the color looks different from the photo?

    All products are captured and described as accurately as possible online- some variation in the appearance of actual product color may result from the use of differing screens or monitors. Forman Function cannot be responsible for such variations.

  • I love Forman Function but am interested in some of the other products not available in the store- where else can I find your work?

  • What happens if my Forman Function piece arrives broken?

    Reach out within 24 hours of receipt including photos. I will do my best to accommodate a partial to full refund, store credit, or replacement whenever possible.

  • I selected Local pickup at checkout- how does this work?

    More details will be emailed to you as confirmation but generally Local Pickup will be from Fort Greene, Brooklyn, Tuesday-Thursday. Please feel free to reach out if you cannot make it during those hours and we will find an arrangement that works!

  • Does Forman Function ship outside of the United States?

    Right now, Forman Function is not shipping internationally for listed items. If you are interested in a custom piece, it may be possible to set up international shipping- please reach out!
